Help with using Westlaw NZ
By the end of August 2014 Thomson Reuters NZ Ltd. will be upgrading all customers of Brookers Online to Westlaw NZ. We appreciate that change requires adjustment, which is why we offer you a range of support options during your migration to Westlaw NZ.
TEMPORARY ERROR WHEN CREATING A PROFILE
We are experiencing an intermittent, temporary issue where Westlaw NZ will display an error when logging in with your newly created OnePass for the first time. At the moment this requires a short workaround. We are working to resolve this as soon as we can, but in the meantime please follow the below instructions to fix the issue:
1 Click on PREFERENCES at the top
2 Change the "Browse By" Setting to anything you like (you can always change it back afterwards)
3 Click "Update Preferences" at the bottom of the page.
This resolves the issue.
